Grow Perks/ Member Milestones Program
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Grow Financial Card Re-Activation Program is offered by Grow Financial
Federal Credit Union ("Grow") and administered by Harness. The
Program is designed to reward eligible cardholders for using their Grow credit or debit
cards. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the cardholder
(“cardholder,” “you,” or “your”) with respect to the provision of the Program. These Terms
and Conditions do not apply to any other relationship or arrangement that you have with
Grow as a member of Grow.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Participation in this Program is by invitation only.
2. No purchase is necessary to enroll or become eligible. However, there may be fees
or costs associated with the use of your card under other applicable agreements.
3. Eligible cards must be in good standing (not expired, closed, delinquent, or
otherwise restricted).
4. Program eligibility is determined at the card level, not the individual level.
5. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or the age of majority in their respective
states, are not eligible for this program. If you are under the age of majority in your
state and are offered to participate in the Program, you are obligated to decline
enrollment. If Grow or the Administrator determines that a minor has been
inadvertently enrolled in the Program, Grow or the Administrator may remove you from
the Program without notice.
6. Acceptance of an offer for enrollment in the Program constitutes full and
unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Initial Milestone:
• The Initial Milestone is active for a 1 month period from January 8 (12:00am EST) – February 8 2026 (11:59pm EST).
• To qualify for the reward, you must make at least one (1) purchase transaction of $50 or
more using your eligible Grow Financial card during the two-month program period.
• Only purchases posted to your account during the program period will count
toward qualification.
• Balance transfers, cash advances, fees, interest charges, and account
adjustments do not count as qualifying transactions.
Subsequent Milestones:
• To be eligible for the Subsequent Milestones you must have first completed the Initial
Milestone. Upon completion, you will be automatically enrolled in the three-month
Subsequent Milestones.
• The Subsequent Milestones will be active for a 3-month period.
• Milestone 2 is active for a 1 month period from February 9 (12:00am EST)– March 9, 2026 (11:59pm EST).
• Milestone 3 is active for a 1 month period from March 10 (12:00am EST) – April 10, 2026 (11:59pm EST).
• Milestone 4 is active for a 1 month period from April 11 (12:00am EST) – May 11, 2026 (11:59pm EST).
•The Subsequent Milestone consists of three consecutive monthly spending
milestones:
○ Milestone 2: Spend $75 or more to earn a $5, gift card fulfilled by Runa
○ Milestone 3: Spend $125 or more to earn a $10, gift card fulfilled by Runa
○ Milestone 4: Spend $150 or more to earn a $15, gift card fulfilled by Runa
• For months 2,3,4 each milestone must be completed before moving to the next milestone
• Only purchases posted to your account during each specific calendar month will
count toward that month's spending threshold.
REWARDS
1. Rewards will be in the form of a gift card issued through Runa (www.runa.io) in
the denominations specified above.
2. You will be notified via email when you have earned a reward. Instructions will be
included within the email on how to redeem your reward. Actual rewards can take up to
7 days to be delivered after redemption.
3. Rewards must be claimed within ninety (90) days of notification or they will be
forfeited.
4. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold.
5. You are limited to one reward per milestone month.
6. Rewards may be subject to tax reporting. The recipient is responsible for any
applicable taxes, and compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Grow shall have no liability to you for any tax reporting, withholding or any other
tax matters arising out of the Program.
COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling in the Program, you consent and agree (i) you are the subscriber or
customary user of the number provided and (ii) that the Administrator may use this
number to contact you to provide information related to the Program via SMS, text
messaging or emailing including but not limited to enrollment confirmation, informational
milestone progress updates, and reward notification
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to and authorize the
Administrator to contact you via phone, SMS, or text messaging using automated dialing
technology for the purposes of providing information about the Program to you. You are
solely responsible for any fees charged by your cellular provider that you incurred through
such contact. Phone and text messages are not a condition for enrollment or use of the
Program; message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw your consent to be
contacted on your cell number by emailing us at fisupport@goharness.com or opt-out at
any time by replying "STOP" or “OPT-OUT” to any SMS message.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
1. Grow or the Administrator reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this
Program at any time, with or without notice.
2. In the event of Program termination, Grow will honor rewards earned prior to
termination.
3. Grow or the Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any participant who engages
in fraudulent activity or violates these Terms, or if, in the Administrator or Growʼs
reasonable discretion, a participant appears to have engaged in fraudulent activity or
violated these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Grow and the Administrator are not responsible for:
○ Any incorrect or inaccurate information, printing errors, typographical errors,
technical errors, or human error, whether caused by you, Grow, the
Administrator, or any equipment or programming associated with or used for
the Program.
○ Any technical errors of any kind, including, but not limited to, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay, or malfunction in any hardware or software used in the
operation, provision, or transmission of the Program or any rewards.
○ Any unauthorized access to Program information or materials.
○ Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may be caused by or
result from, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in
the Program or receipt, use, or misuse of any reward.
1. NEITHER THE ADMINISTRATOR NOR GROW FINANCIAL MAKE ANY
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR ANY
REWARDS.
2. BY ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD
HARMLESS GROW AND THE ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES,
AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND REWARD SUPPLIERS, AND
EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUBSIDIARIES AND
EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS
(COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM
OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL
INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF
PARTICIPATION IN THIS OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY REWARD.
3. If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of being provided as planned, Grow and
the Administrator reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Program without prior
notice to you.
GOVERNING LAW
Milestones Program will be governed under the rules set forth in your Grow Financial Credit
Card Agreement. This includes but it is not limited to, privacy, data security, and dispute
resolution.
